1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We ONLY accept returns or replacements if:
✅ Wrong Size Sent – The size delivered is different from what was ordered.
✅ Defective or Damaged Product – If the product has manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
⛔ Returns are NOT accepted for:
❌ Change of mind or personal preference.
❌ Slight color variations due to screen differences.
❌ Used, washed, or altered items.
❌ Minor thread or fabric inconsistencies that do not affect functionality.
2. Return Process
📩 Step 1: Contact us at info@comfymart.com within 48 hours of delivery.
📸 Step 2: Share clear photos/videos showing the issue (wrong size or defect).
🚚 Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on shipping the item back.
✅ Step 4: After inspection, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
3. Refund Process
💳 Refund Mode: Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return approval.
Refunds are only applicable if:
We are unable to replace the defective item.
✔️ A return is approved but a replacement is unavailable.

5. Conditions for Returns
