1. Processing & Shipping Time
A. Standard Products (Pillows, Bedsheets, and Other Ready-to-Ship Items)
Orders for pillows, bedsheets, and similar ready-made products are processed within one (1) business day and shipped immediately.
Estimated delivery time varies based on your location but typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.
B. Customized & Made-to-Order Products (Curtains, Blinds, Upholstery, and Other Stitching-Required Items)
Products requiring stitching and customization, such as curtains, blinds, and upholstery, take approximately 3-4 business days for processing before they are shipped.
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service availability but generally range between 5-10 business days.
C. Out-of-Stock Products
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours of order placement.
Out-of-stock products typically take up to 10 business days to be restocked and dispatched.
If you do not wish to wait, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods.
3. Order Tracking
