B. Customized & Made-to-Order Products (Curtains, Blinds, Upholstery, and Other Stitching-Required Items)

  • Products requiring stitching and customization, such as curtains, blinds, and upholstery, take approximately 3-4 business days for processing before they are shipped.

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service availability but generally range between 5-10 business days.

C. Out-of-Stock Products

  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Out-of-stock products typically take up to 10 business days to be restocked and dispatched.

  • If you do not wish to wait, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods.

3. Order Tracking
